EVO BEAM
Based on the Diode SE this little critter uses 1 LED and 2 diodes to make a firing voltage of around 3V. The solar panel on it is from an old hand held game and it produces a whopping 3.6V in light conditions.
All this is coupled up to 4 1000uF 16V capacitors which I had recycled from an old Hi-fi system.
The motor is from that CD-ROM I took apart, it runs really nice direct from solar panels too. Not really anything else to say about this one so look at the photos and enjoy.
