Alex R Martin, 'I'm heavily into robotics and have built many robots before, including some which think for themselves, so maybe, you could say I've headed for A. I.! With my previous experience, I bring the technical knowledge to the group.'

Al supports local robotic events such as that held at the observatory science centre at Herstmonceux in February This event that was open to the public and roboteers alike. In 2006 Al left the company that he had worked for (for 3 years) to start his own company, Qtronics Design Ltd. This was his first company and it deals with Electronics and Firmware design. Al also moved to France in 2006, where he lived for 8 months or so before returning to England.

On Al's return to England Al's took a short term contract, after which he then started his second company called Rambo Auto Tools Ltd. A company that specialises in automotive spares, custom parts and tools.
